If something is not working, please include:

your iPhone model and iOS version;
the app version, shown in Settings inside the app;
what you tapped and what happened;
a screenshot, if you have one.

Please do not send payment details. We never need your card number or your Apple Account password.

Subscriptions and refunds

Purchases are handled by Apple, not by us. To cancel a subscription, open iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. To request a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds ourselves.

Your data

You can delete your account, and everything in it, inside the app under Settings. Privacy requests, such as a copy of your data, can be sent to the same address. The Privacy Policy explains what we hold and how requests work.
